We are getting busier than ever! And with two new members of staff, it’s getting hard to keep up with the phone calls, emails, texts, and Facebook messages enquiring about products and services, as well as making arrangements to book appointments.
We aren’t complaining! It’s amazing to see Catherine’s Beauty Boutique doing so well, but we want to ensure we offer clients fantastic customer service, whether they are booking a treatment, or in with us receiving a treatment. When things get busy, that’s when it can start getting hectic, and quality can slip (and stress can increase!). We want to make sure that doesn’t happen, so…
We have invested in an online booking system to try and relieve some of the pressure, and make booking an appointment even easier for you!
We do not take any card details prior to your appointment booking, and you will receive an email or text reminder of your appointment 24 hours in advance, so you’ll never forget an infill, top-up, or relaxing massage again!
We’re excited to try this new system, and welcome your feedback in the coming weeks as we embed it into our processes.
Please be advised that while you can, of course, still contact the salon via phone, email, and Facebook Messenger, etc., booking an appointment online is the quickest and easiest way to book.
We will continue to respond to calls, emails, and messages during working hours, and will always do out best to accommodate your appointment, where we can.
